Upstairs, a bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds, which can be joined to form a 180 x 200 cm bed, and an open bathroom with a shower (115 x 90 cm), then a second bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) or two 90 x 200 cm beds, equipped with an open bathroom with a shower (120 x 90 cm). The bedrooms feature a sloping ceiling, including a lower section.
Fiberglass internet access with a "gateway" box.
For babies: high chair, travel cot, potty, and toilet seat reducer.
Enclosed courtyard with greenery of 150 m², barbecue, pétanque court, swing set, darts, and badminton.
