Ty Istra is a renovated Istrian stone house in the quiet village of Dračevac, just a 10-minute drive from the sea.
Covering almost 260 m2, it consists of three separate units – the Main House, Štala, and Ty Istra Bach – each with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping area.
The property accommodates up to 12 guests, with extra beds available on request at an additional charge.
The Main House is spread over three floors and features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen located in the former wine cellar with a large fireplace, and a dining area for eight.
Air conditioning is available on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Main House, while the studios do not have AC – however, their thick stone walls ensure a naturally cool atmosphere in summer.
The Štala, once a barn, is now a spacious studio with kitchen, fireplace, and bathroom, while Ty Istra Bach is a smaller studio with its own entrance and direct pool access.
The outdoor area includes a courtyard, garden, terrace with pool and seating area.
Guests also have access to covered parking, a children’s sandbox, and solar-heated water.
Thanks to underfloor heating and open fireplaces, the house is welcoming both in summer and winter.

Dračevac is a peaceful Istrian village located just a few kilometers from the coast and the beaches of western Istria. The nearest beaches can be found in Poreč and Vrsar, only a 10–15 minute drive away, including the popular Zelena and Plava Laguna in Poreč or the Lim Bay near Vrsar. The famous Aquapark Aquacolors, the largest in Istria, is also nearby, along with plenty of family attractions, sports activities, and excursion options. With its tranquil setting and proximity to major sights, Dračevac is an ideal base for exploring Istria.
