As this apartment is in a residential area with neighbors, quiet times are needed after 10 PM at night (room level noise after that time).
Therefore we have a noise alert device installed that notifies the host in case it should get too loud. • Please note: Depending on the booking platform you use to make your reservation, a City Tax and a Security Deposit may be charged separately.

Breathtaking picture postcard view of Mt Pilatus near top floor of modern condo building. Lukas responsive to towels and pillow case shortage. So convenient to Mattenhof SBB stop. Solid choice for visiting Luzern.

Apartment was great for family of 4. Listing was accurate. Finding the key was like a scavenger hunt for the teenagers, but frustrating for the adults. Couches were uncomfortable, but otherwise beds and other amenities were just as described and comfortable. Loved waking up to views of Mt. Pilatus. Would stay here again.
