WHERE IS MY ACCOMMODATION LOCATED AND WHAT IS AROUND? - Address: 50 impasse du Charmieux - Slopes at 120 m - Ski lifts at 180 m - Restaurants and shops at 400 m - Small supermarket at 350 m - Tourist office at 400 m - Free shuttle bus stop "Les Bruyères" at 40 m - Bus station at 7 km - Daycare at 50 m (Building le Charmieux, 940 route de l'envers du Chinaillon, 74450 le Grand Bornand) - Ski lessons: The departure point for ESF ski lessons and the Pioupiou club is only 50 meters away. The beds are equipped with duvets and square pillows (standard single duvet 140 x 190, standard double duvet 220 x 240). ARE PETS ALLOWED? No, pets are not allowed. HOUSE RULES & CONDITIONS The accommodation is non-smoking, and no noise between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Check-out time is 10 AM maximum.
The final cleaning option does not include: the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture...), garbage disposal, and fireplace cleaning (glass and ashes).
A security deposit is required for certain bookings.
We use the independent online deposit service Swikly.
The deposit is secured in the fortnight preceding arrival (not debited/does not affect your credit card limit).
It is automatically canceled 20 days after your departure. GOOD TO KNOW: !! We do not have the capacity to provide: shampoo, dish soap, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and cleaning products (there will be whatever the previous traveler left, and so on).

La proximité des pistes de ski
Le fait de ne posséder qu'une seule clef pour l'appartement mais je l'ai signalé à l'organisme
qui gère les arrivées et il m'a indiqué qu'il allait faire le nécessaire.
