The main living area opens directly onto a covered patio overlooking a lush greenbelt, offering a peaceful spot to unwind with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. KEY FEATURES: * Primary Bedroom: Comfortable king bed and its own private sitting patio. * Second Bedroom: Queen bed and a dedicated desk, creating a perfect setup for remote work. * Kitchen: Fully equipped with an electric oven and stovetop, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and toaster, along with all the cookware and dining ware you need. * Family-Friendly: A crib, pack 'n play, and high chair are available for your use. * Convenience: A private stackable washer and dryer is included for your convenience, especially for longer stays. * Comfort: The condo is equipped with central air conditioning and heating. We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay.
While we will not be present at the property, we are readily available and responsive via the booking platform or phone should you have any questions or need assistance during your visit. * The swimming pool and hot tub are shared amenities for all residents and guests of the complex. * The condo is equipped with central air conditioning and heating for your comfort in any season. * Please be aware that there is no Electric Vehicle (EV) charging or gym available on-site. * Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour.
