I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This two-bedroom home is perfect for families and friends looking to stay in the city centre.

Charming house: Well-located house in a quiet neighbourhood with good transport links, very close to the River Duero. Pleasant garden. Comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen with welcome gifts. The house was a little cold at first, but there were heaters to warm it up.

The accommodation is exactly as described. The location is ideal for a peaceful stay in a very good neighbourhood. There are some very good restaurants on the banks of the Douro. Perfect for a short stay.
