The kitchen has a hob, oven, dolce gusto coffee machine kettle, etc. To the right you have, 2 doors the first is to the downstairs toilet and the second takes you downstairs to the lower level of the property.
In front of the kitchen is the open-plan living and dining room.
There is a sofa 2 armchairs coffee table television.
There is also a 4-person dining table.
Just off the lounge is a small balcony with a table on perfect for peaceful mornings.
The staircase to the upper levels of the property is also in the living room. As you descend to the lower level of the property you have 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Within a 15 minute walk to La Fuente Commercial Centre. An ideal place to spend an evening with bars and restaurants. Villamartin

There are several golf courses within a 5 minute drive - VillaMartin, Campomor and Las Ramblas and many blue flagged beaches in the surrounding area too.
