We are proud to present this beautiful Spanish-style villa in El Presidente, Villamartin.
The main level offers open-plan living, kitchen, and three bedrooms.
Two extra bedrooms and a bathroom are in the lower level, available on request for an additional nightly fee. The villa is fully furnished with A/C in each room, plus a hot tub and pool with children’s area (pool heating available at extra cost). The main level includes the primary living spaces and is open for all standard bookings.
For larger groups or those needing extra space, the underbuild—featuring additional bedrooms and a bathroom—can be made available upon request.
Please note that use of the underbuild carries an additional nightly fee of 40€ per person. In compliance with Real Decreto 9/2024 for Midterm rentals.
