This is a luxurious villa with its own private pool in a quiet area of La Marina Urbanisation, close to San Fulgencio Village and La Marina Village.
Outside of the property there is a swimming pool, with outside lighting at night. An ideal place to spend the day, relaxing by the pool.
Within a 10 minute walk to the local supermarket, bars and restaurants. The villa sleeps 6 people. For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract.

You walk in to the large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen.
There is free internet and Spanish TV. There is a bedroom downstairs with double bed , wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with walk in showers. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom one has a Superking Bed with ensuite bathroom and and bedroom two has 2 single beds.
All bedrooms have wardrobes and bedside cabinet. Outside the bedroom windows is a terrace where you can escape onto with a glass of wine from the rest of the family. Aircondtioning is in all rooms. There is private parking on the property for 1 car.
