The apartment features two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with plenty of storage
- A master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed
- A children’s bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm)
A modern shower room completes this thoughtfully designed accommodation for your comfort.
🚗 Parking
You will have a subscription card giving you free access to the Indigo Médiathèque car park, located just an 8-minute walk from the apartment (maximum height: 1.85 m).
We recommend unloading your luggage in front of the apartment before parking your vehicle.
👉 Please note: during high season (July 14th and August 15th), the card does not guarantee a parking space.

- Between 10 p.m. and midnight: €65
- After midnight: €100
💳 Security deposit
A security deposit of €400 (as a bank imprint) will be requested at the time of booking, via the secure Swikly service.
No amount will be charged, only a €6 service fee applies.
The deposit will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure, provided the general terms are respected and the apartment is returned in perfect condition.
