We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Patrick's Cathedral, is just a 1-minute walk. Dublin Airport is an 39-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Home was clean and provided what we needed for a weekend stay. Would appreciate an additional set of keys given the listing homes up to 4pax, which reasonably allows groups to split up given self-locking doors. Otherwise, great location and communication from GuestReady!

A pleasant, well-located flat, but with limited facilities given the price charged. A well-located, pleasant flat; quiet, with comfortable bedding.
Few cooking utensils (saucepans, frying pans, cutlery, etc.)

The apartment is very well located. Access to the apartment is easy and well described. The carpet in the two rooms is somewhat unpleasant. Otherwise, the communication was very good.
