This detached villa is situated in Buzet, in the northern Istria, on a 1,400 m2 private plot. The charming old town sits atop a hill and enchants visitors with its medieval atmosphere, narrow alleyways, and sweeping views of the verdant countryside. The region is especially renowned for its truffles – both black and white – which play a central role in local cuisine. In autumn, the Truffle Festival draws food lovers from across Europe. But Buzet offers more than just culinary delights. Just a few minutes away is the paragliding point “Raspadalica,” a popular launch point with spectacular views over the Mirna Valley – a special experience for adventurous guests. Enduro riders will also find excellent conditions here: numerous unpaved roads and forest trails lead through the diverse landscape – ideal for exploring this part of Istria on two wheels. The owners of your accommodation are passionate enduro riders themselves and will be happy to give you personal tips on the best routes in the area. Buzet is roughly 40-minute drive from the coastline, with the nearest beach located at Novigrad. A grocery store is located approximately 400 metres from the house, while the nearest restaurant is around 1,7 km away. Outside, a private swimming pool (9 x 5 m) with sun loungers and an outdoor shower awaits, along with a dedicated children’s playground featuring a swing, slide, seesaw and climbing frame. The interior of the house is tastefully furnished, offering three bedrooms and accommodating up to six guests.
