Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest station, Luas Stop The Gallops, is just a 6-minute walk. Dublin Airport is a 33-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).

There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.

So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.

Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.

Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

One is fitted with a UK double bed, and the others with UK queen beds equipped with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
