We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Due to its central location, all transport links are near to the apartment. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EU30 and after midnight is EU50.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Also, we charge EU50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks.
So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a EU300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Bachelors Walk Apartments Management Company Rules: 1.
NOISE – All stereo, radio and TV appliances should be kept at a volume which will not interfere with your neighbours’ quiet enjoyment of their homes.
No noise should be audible from outside apartments between 11.00pm and 08.00am.
All doors, including front doors, should be closed quietly. 2.
SECURITY – The main hall doors should be kept closed at all times.
Strangers should not be allowed into the block.
Please report any suspicious activity to Store Street Garda Station. 3.
OBSTRUCTIONS – No obstructions e.g.
Bicycles, Prams, Refuse Sacks etc. of any kind should be placed in the common areas, porch, hall or landings.
Bicycles should be kept locked to bicycle bays provided in the carpark. 4.
PARKING – Only motor cars and motorbikes entitled to be in the car park should be parked there.
These should be parked in their designated spaces only and in a manner which will not obstruct or infringe upon other car park users.
All cars should display a valid parking permit.
The parking of boats, caravans or commercial vehicles in the resident’s car park is not permitted. 5.
LAUNDRY – Laundry should not be hung out to dry from windows and should not be located within the unit so as to be visible from the exterior. 6.
COMMON AREAS – Every effort should be made to keep the common areas and grounds clean and tidy.
Ball games, barbecues or any games or activity, which in the option of the Management Company interferes with residents’ rights to quiet enjoyment of open spaces and amenities, will not be allowed. 7.
SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted in any internal common areas or the car park. 8.
REFUSE – Refuse sacks should be tied securely and placed in the refuse house.
Refuse sacks should not be left lying on balconies, in the carpark or inside the block.
Residents must ensure to segregate their waste and dispose of it in the appropriate receptacles. In the living room there is a 43" LG monitor and AV receiver with 5 speakers.
You can connect your device via HDMI or cast to the Roku Streaming Stick.
Just switch the AV receiver to STRM BOX for casting. The apartment is heated and powered by 100% renewable electricity supplied by Energia.
The insulation was upgraded, so it's energy-efficient, with a BER of C1.
The apartment has an excellent power shower, bathtub, Wi-Fi unlimited internet, a washer-dryer, microwave and a dishwasher. It has 2 UK double bedrooms and one bathroom, with a courtyard garden.
It's located beside Ha'penny Bridge, just 100m from Temple Bar and all the shops. Located in the heart of Dublin city, this modern furnished apartment has access to everything you need.
Surrounded by a variety of vibrant restaurants, pubs, shops and entertainment centres, you can spoil yourself with everything you want.
Excellent transport links can also take you to many tourist spots across the city.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Bachelors Walk Apartments, Dublin 1. You couldn't ask for a better location: You'll likely walk out the door, thinking "Can't believe I'm here already!" Despite the super central location, it's really tranquil when you enter the complex. Relaxing on a sunny day in the courtyard garden, you would have no idea that you're in the middle of the city centre.
