Ideally located between amenities and beaches on the first floor of a building without an elevator, this apartment comprises: an entrance hall with a closet, a bright living room with a 90x190cm sofa bed (please note this is not a proper mattress), a balcony, a separate kitchen (equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and two coffee machines), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x190cm) for two people.
No Wi-Fi.
Free parking is available at the foot of the building.
One pod coffee maker and one capsule coffee maker are provided.
Sheets, bath towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels are not provided.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking.
To be paid before arrival: security deposit by credit card only via the secure SWIKLY link and tourist tax by credit card.

Ideal for a walkable lifestyle. In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to lay down your towel.
For convenience, there are showers, beach huts, cabins with surf schools, and lifeguards on duty to keep an eye on you. Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much faster to get to the market.
The bike path called La Vélodyssée runs through the entire neighborhood.
It's shared with joggers, rollerbladers, and skaters. Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes region, with 2,800 m² of pools. The Blue Green Seignosse: that's its name.
It's ranked among the top 10 golf courses in France.

L'emplacement...est juste magnifique....
1er étage sécurisé....
Extrêmement agréable.
Le voisinage est très respectueux...
Le manque TOTAL de contact humain....(uniquement par SMS......bouh c'est nul)
Le manque de la mise en place de mon propre kit de linge, pourquoi?
Et aussi du manque du détartrage du lavabo.
Que j'ai moi même mis en place (juste du vinaigre!)

Absence de Wi-Fi ( connue avant l arrivée) problème de chasse d eau.
