The accommodation offers two spacious balconies that invite you to linger and provide ideal conditions for relaxing moments with a view of the Alps. The 5-room apartment spans two floors and accommodates up to ten adults.
It includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area with a cozy living room, open kitchen with cooking island, and bright dining area.
The sleeping arrangements consist of three double bedrooms (one double bed 160 x 200 cm, two rooms with two single beds each 90 x 200 cm), one single room, a double sleeper couch with a high-quality mattress, and an additional bed (slatted frame with mattress 90 x 200 cm). One bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and dryer, while the other features a bathtub and double sink.
Each floor has a balcony with a magnificent view available. Rental price exclusive of: tourist tax, final cleaning, and bed linen.

Wenn da bei der Bestätigung steht:
Haustiere verboten , aber gleichzeitig gebeten wird Haustiere per Mail anzumelden, heisst dass für mich, dass der Vermieter wissen will,was für Tiere und wie viele.
Auf die Anmeldung meiner 2 Hunde kam keine Intervention zurück, also war das für uns okey.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Enkeln und ihren Familien in der Wohnung. Für 6 Erwachsene und 2-4 Kinder tip top, für 10 Erwachsene wirds dann eher eng werden. Alles in allem alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
