Villa San Filippo is an ancient property carefully restored in the countryside between Modica and the sea, near the family mill. The property maintained the characteristic of the old Sicilian residence and at the same time offers all comforts. Upon passing through the old wrought-iron gate, one enters the characteristic "baglio," the internal courtyard of the residence. The whole garden covers over 1800 square meters which features a private swimming pool of 5x10 mt. equipped with sun lunges, there is a covered veranda with an external kitchen, with a Barbeque, large table and chairs which make the perfect spot for al fresco meals. The Interiors of villa San Filippo is over 220 square meters with the main body and the annex, The fully equipped kitchen and dining area welcome guests for breakfast, dinner, and moments of conviviality.
