Situated 3.5 km from the ocean and La Palmyre zoo, in a Natura 2000 area, this charming ecolodge is ideal for relaxing with family or friends.
The Domaine is ideally located in Les Mathes, close to all amenities: bike hire, restaurants, shops, market... all within walking distance!
Featuring a contemporary design with an L-shaped layout and bay windows, this 50m2 ecolodge is designed with a beautiful living area: a lounge, a dining area and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (freezer, dishwasher, etc....).
Pleasant, comfortable and harmonious, it is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The night area comprises
1 master suite (queen size bed) with bathroom and wc,
1 bedroom with two double beds,
1 bathroom,
1 wc.
Sober and functional, with top-quality fittings (bedding and furniture), the bedrooms have ample storage space.
Linen and baby equipment (bed, chair, bath, pushchair) can be hired.
The ecolodge opens onto a corner terrace with a bioclimatic pergola.
Garden furniture, a dining area (with barbecue) and deckchairs are all available for you to enjoy. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are open from 8.30am to 11pm. There is also a play area, table tennis table and bowling green. Domaine de la Forêt is a quiet, secure site with an electric code gate. **Things to see and do** : - La Palmyre Zoo: One of the most beautiful zoos in France, offering a great experience for animal lovers of all ages. - The Coubre lighthouse: A must-see monument with a breathtaking view. - La Presqu'île d'Arvert: Explore the nature reserves and oyster beds of this beautiful coastal region. - Le Train des Mouettes : Take a charming 21km steam train ride along the Seudre estuary from La Tremblade to Saujon. - Royan: Visit the market in the shape of a seashell, its 1950s architecture, its beautiful period villas and enjoy this lively seaside town. - Cordouan lighthouse: Situated in the middle of the Gironde estuary, this UNESCO World Heritage-listed lighthouse is accessible by boat and offers incredible views. - Mornac-sur-Seudre and Talmont-sur-Gironde: listed as France's most beautiful villages. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est situé dans une résidence privée au calme. Très bien équipé Les pistes cyclables sont facilement accessibles et bien ombragées. Nous avons été bien très bien reçu par Véronique.
