We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Multiple bus stops (126, 194, 388, 475..) are minutes from the property. The nearest metro station, Mairie de Montrouge (line 4), is just a 13-minute walk. The metro station Malakoff—Rue Étienne Dolet (line 13) is 15 minutes away.
This line takes you directly to Les Champs Elysées. Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.
A deposit will also be required. De inrichting van het appartement is efficiënt en de uitrusting is prima. Alles is netjes en schoon. De locatie van het appartement is prima, niet ver van metrostation en openbare parkeergarage. Hoewel de straat redelijk druk is, merk je dat niet binnen. De communicatie met GuestReady was efficiënt en helder. Aankomst en vertrek was duidelijk gecommuniceerd en correct.

Dit is een mooi appartement met een goede en efficiënte inrichting. De ligging is prima, niet ver van metrostations en met (als je dat nodig hebt) een geschikte openbare parkeergarage in de buurt. Ik ben erg blij met de efficiënte en duidelijke communicatie met GuestReady, aankomst en vertrek werd duidelijk en helder aangegeven. We komen graag hier terug.

: Great place! We had some issues with the WiFi but the landlords took care of it and were very nice and friendly! We texted them during the night and they replied immediately!
