Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Hotel de Ville station on the metro line A is at 100 meters from the apartment. Many bus lines to get to Part-Dieu, Bellecour, Fourvière ... There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking.
Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors.
Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage. Historic apartment in Croix Rousse

The apartment is decorated with many references to Lyon history. The bed was comfy and there was lots of space to spread out. Bathroom was clean and great shower
Style of the apt meant that we couldn't stand up while in the sleeping lift- can't really change that
3 locks on the doors doors made me feel like neighborhood might be unsafe when we first arrived . We never felt unsafe walking around - very interesting area to explore .

The flat is very nice, but I think it’s worth pointing out that the second bedroom is on a mezzanine level with a ceiling height of around 1.30 metres, whilst the other bedroom and the bathroom have a ceiling height of 1.80 metres, so this property isn’t suitable for tall people.

This place was great. You definitely need to keep an eye on the ceiling on the top floor as it is low - but it’s workable. Hot water isn’t great if you want to have many showers in a row. But other than that it was perfect for my two adults and a baby. Good location near the beginning of the hill at croix rousse. Nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby
