Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. This charming apartment is conveniently situated just a 4-minute walk from the Michel-Ange Molitor metro station and a 3-minute walk from the Michel-Ange - Auteuil metro station.
The prime location allows for easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore all Paris offers. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay.

I spent a month in this flat. It’s very pleasant, close to the underground and the tram. In summer, during heatwaves, its location in a building facing an inner courtyard and the fact that it’s a dual-aspect flat help to keep it fairly cool. I’d go back there in a heartbeat!

A peaceful Paris, believe it or not
: The flat has a balcony and is in a very quiet area, away from the hordes of tourists
It’s a bit hot and there’s no air conditioning, but when you open the windows, a breeze comes through which makes it more bearable
