This authentic house is a jewel of Mallorcan architecture.
It is located on a 14,500 m² plot in a very peaceful rural setting.
Its exterior is spectacular, with great views over its spacious garden (laid out in terraces) and an impressive horizon where you can see the surrounding mountains.
Its terrace and porch are spaces where you will not want to move, enjoying long evenings outdoors.
The swimming pool measures 10 x 5.5 metres with a depth of 1.20 metres to a maximum of 2.20 metres and is located on one of the upper terraces of the garden.
Around the pool area, you will find 8 sun loungers at your disposal to enjoy the Mallorcan sun. Moving on to the interior, there is a spacious, comfortable and bright dining room with charming Mallorcan furniture.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca Ses Pedres war wunderschön. Alles sah aus wie auf den Fotos, wir haben uns direkt zuhause gefühlt. Man hat sehr viel Platz um sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen zu können. Der Pool war natürlich nochmal ein zusätzlicher Hit. Alles super gepflegt . Ausserdem waren die Vermieter sehr freundlich.
