The apartment comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and armchair, dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and TV - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) - Shower room and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A south-facing balcony of approx. 13 m² with furniture for enjoying fine weather. The apartment is ideally located in Carqueiranne, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Appartement très agréable, lumineux avec grande cuisine vue sur la mer très appréciée. Résidence calme avec garage, clim dans le salon et les deux chambres,wifi. Déco très à la mode car appart refait depuis peu je pense. RAS
