“Sovramare - Posidonia” is a brand new modern and functional studio apartment on the ground floor and just a few steps from the sea, ideal for your holidays or a short stay! Just a stone's throw from the sea, this welcoming studio apartment offers you everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
Located on the ground floor, this space offers a lovely kitchenette, a comfortable double bed for your deepest rests and a modern bathroom with a shower.
Possibility of parking inside the structure in a fenced area and bicycle rental (both upon reservation at an extra cost). The house is equipped with fiber optic Wi-Fi, Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, Prime and other platforms (using your own credentials). Always fresh and clean sheets, blankets and towels are included.
The apartment has also been designed for access to people with disabilities and can accommodate a maximum of two people, making it ideal for couples, friends or those traveling for work.
Pets are not allowed, at the end of each stay the house is cleaned and disinfected. City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights Extra: BIKE € 10,00 Per person per day (upon request) from 01/06/2026 until 30/09/2026, PRIVATE CAR PARK € 10,00 Per day (upon request) from 01/06/2026 until 30/09/2026
