This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

Important note: The unit is equipped with a smart TV which can be used to watch your favourite apps like Netlix (you must use your own login). The TV is not able to operate live TV such as BBC. Decent stay in the clayhall area The property was decently sized for a small family. However we were promised a clean garden as shown in the pictures, but the garden when we arrived was unkempt, with tall grasses and unusable.
The garden should’ve been accessible and cleaned prior to arrival, the cleanliness could’ve been better.

: I really liked the apartment! It's spacious, bright, and clean, and everything matches the photos. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I'd especially like to mention the convenient location—transportation is nearby, making it easy to get to any part of the city. Check-in went smoothly, and the hosts are polite and always available. We would happily stay here again!

Lovely property which felt very homely!
It is a bit dated but cosy - Things were clean and functional.
The area is very peaceful and the house is well equipped for longer stays.
Anannya was quick to respond and very helpful with the questions I asked.
I would definitely stay here again.
