We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Hackney Downs, is just a 5-minute walk.
Heathrow Airport is a 1 hour and 22 minute drive from the property 5-minute.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

With plenty of attractions such as Broadway Market, London Fields, restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to Hackney Downs train station (a 5-minute walk), guests can easily travel and explore the city! Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 1st floor accessible via stairs (please note the lift is currently out of order), our two-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable stay in London's artistic district.
The vibrant Broadway Market is just a short walk away, offering a variety of stalls, artisanal foods, and vintage shops.
You'll find numerous dining options in the area, and transportation is convenient with nearby train stations.
Immerse yourself in the creative atmosphere of E8 for a unique London experience.
It is designed with an open floor plan.
The living room features a large sofa, an armchair, a stool, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a floor-to-ceiling door, inviting you onto a balcony, perfect for unwinding.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals.
There are two bedrooms.
Both have a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The Artistic Retreat was very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us, close to our daughters home in Hackney and a short walk to the Hackney Downs Overground station.
