Glasgow is about an hour away by train, and North Berwick is easily reachable if you want to explore the coast.
Many buses depart from North Bridge, taking you to various parts of Edinburgh.
We recommend visiting Portobello, where you can relax by the sea or enjoy a paddle.
It’s a refreshing contrast to the city’s bustle, with a lovely walk along the esplanade.
You can purchase a day bus ticket and hop on and off as you please.
Edinburgh also has a tram system, which is currently being extended to reach Leith, making getting around the city even easier.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

From the living room and main bedroom, you can enjoy wonderful views of Arthur’s Seat, unobstructed by tall buildings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric stove, oven, kettle, and other essential appliances.
There are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds.
All beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.
The bathroom includes all the essentials for your convenience, along with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Great location just off the Royal Mile. Lots to see and do - near lots of the big attractions. Apartment nice enough, beds very comfy but needs a bit of a face-lift and we were kept up by the noise outside.

Incredible location on the Royal Mile and within walking distance of Waverly Train Station. Great for family of 4 (teens in smaller bedroom). Apartment is up 2 flights of curved stairs, which we didn't mind, but good to know.

An excellent location on the royal mile, a five minute walk to the castle or ten minute walk to the train station. We had a comfortable stay.
