We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. My home is easily accessible by public transport. - The nearest train station, Edinburgh Waverley is just 8-mins walk from the flat. - You can also ride the city tram.
The nearest tram stop, the Edinburgh Tram is 4-minute away on foot. Edinburgh Airport is a 20 mins drive from the apartment. A quick note for guests: Edinburgh has introduced a visitor levy (city tax) on all bookings starting from the 24th of July 2026 onwards.
This tax will be included in the accommodation price. This apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks.
So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

In the heart of the Old Town, this was the perfect location for the Royal Mile. The apartment has everything you need and is a welcome retreat from a long day of walking and exploring the surrounding history. Clean, functional. amazing views.

Excellent location! The stairs are a killer, our legs were giving out after a couple days and we're all in good shape. Beds were fairly comfortable. Decent water pressure.

Very pleasant apartment right off the Royal Mile. Clean, with a full kitchen. Just know that it is up a lot of steps, not an issue for us, but something to keep in mind when booking
