The apartment is on two levels, on the third and fourth floors of a typical building in the area.
On the third floor you will find the sleeping area, consisting of two large bedrooms: a double bedroom with private balcony and beautiful sea view, a second bedroom with two single beds and a view of the lagoon, perfect for families or friends.
The floor is completed by a functional bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink and a small shower.
Going up to the fourth floor, a bright and panoramic living area awaits you, the real heart of the house.
The breathtaking view of the sea on one side and the lagoon on the other will accompany your moments at the table, creating a unique atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
