Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car, with direct public transport to the city centre, beaches and logistic interfaces. Bus Stop Natária Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in instructions to pick up the keys. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). In each of the three bathrooms, you'll find all the essentials you may require, including complimentary shampoo and a hair dryer.
Towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience. Rest assured that the home is meticulously and professionally cleaned to guarantee a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Wishing you a wonderful and pleasant stay!

We enjoyed staying at this home. We loved being surrounded by books and there was plenty of space for the three of us to spread out. Also appreciated the homey feel it had and how easy it was to walk everywhere. Would recommend!
