The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 21 m² living room with a TV (160 channels) - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A dining room - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower and bath - A separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a cot - Bedroom 4: two single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board, table football, electronic darts board. Outdoors: - A private, unheated swimming pool (8 x 4 m), open from June to September - A beautiful, enclosed garden of 800 m² - A 24 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A 16 m² veranda with furniture: The house is ideally situated in Ramonchamp, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
