The accommodation is located in the historic center of Livorno, an ideal solution to best visit the main attractions: a 15-minute walk from the Piccola Venezia district, a 7-minute drive from Porto Mediceo and a 20-minute walk from the seafront. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, sleeping area, bathroom and mezzanine with clothes rack.


The internal space

The studio of about 40 square meters is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift (stairs to access it).

There is a small step in the entrance door to access.

ATTENTION: Please note that to access the mezzanine you must climb a ladder in front of the sleeping area with 8 wooden steps (be careful if you are travelling with small children).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C.


A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

- EUR 10 from 21:00 until 22:00;

- EUR 20 from 22:00 until 23:00;

- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00.00

- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.00

Description of the area

The apartment is located in a central area of ​​Livorno city, just 500 m from the Cathedral of San Francesco and a few minutes walk from the main attractions.

Not to be missed is the renowned Goldoni Theater and Piazza della Vittoria, better known as "Piazza Magenta".

Heading instead towards Piazza della Repubblica (the largest bridge-square in Europe), you reach the Fortezza Nuova and the characteristic Venezia Nuova district.

From Piazza della Repubblica you can access Via Grande, the main shopping street in Livorno. From here, in a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Mercato Centrale by the architect Buontalenti, one of the largest and oldest indoor markets in Italy where you can find fresh and typical products of the area.

Also in Piazza della Repubblica you can find the LAM BLU line stop, thanks to which you can reach the renowned Terrazza Mascagni in about 15 minutes, a suggestive place where you can admire breathtaking sunsets while walking along the seafront.
