The villa offers a bright living space including a living room with a television opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) and direct access to the garden and terrace.
A bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet complete the interior comfort. Outside, a large, enclosed, and wooded garden of 950 m² invites relaxation with its sun loungers, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, and ping-pong table, allowing you to fully enjoy a stay combining relaxation and leisure.
