Welcome to our spacious family apartment, nestled in a charming courtyard on the hills of Lecco!
Our apartment has a large living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and is ideal for families with children or groups of friends of up to six people.
Enjoy the fresh air as you explore nearby villages, historic lakeside villas, and hiking trails in the mountains. At the entrance you will find a bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a cozy relaxation area with a TV and a dining area with a large table.
The sleeping area consists of a spacious double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds.
The sofa bed in the living room offers two additional beds, complete with a comfortable topper mattress.
The bathroom has a recently renovated modern walk-in shower and is also equipped with a washing machine. The apartment is located in Laorca , a quiet neighborhood in the upper part of Lecco, in an elevated and well-ventilated position, perfect for exploring both Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.
Mallorca is characterized by typical narrow streets and a relaxed atmosphere.
A small supermarket, a pharmacy and a bar are just a short walk away.
Furthermore, Lecco is a well-served city with a wide choice of restaurants and high-quality shops. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator.
We do not have private parking, but it is possible to go to the entrance to unload your luggage.
Sometimes a parking space is available right in front, otherwise we will provide you with directions for public parking just a few minutes' walk away.
A bus connects the area to the city center and the train station.
Alternatively, you can walk to the center via a panoramic path—keep in mind, though, that the climb can be quite steep! The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute.
The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax. The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process.
The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details. Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing). The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
