The room is comfortable, well maintained and equipped with an ensuite private bathroom. The Rondine Room is carefully furnished to ensure an authentic and pleasant stay.

Guests will also have access to the shared kitchen, a large and well-equipped space ideal for preparing breakfasts, quick meals or for socializing with other guests, as well as a terrace shared with guests in another room, where you can relax with a coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying the view over the rooftops of Varenna. The location of the house is extremely convenient: just 50 meters from the lakefront, you will be immersed in the heart of Varenna, surrounded by excellent bars, quality restaurants and all the charm of this picturesque village.
The train station is just a 10-minute walk away, while the ferry pier is the ideal starting point for exploring the other wonders of Lake Como. City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax. The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process.
The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details. Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
