The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms.
Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels. A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only.
Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes. The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood.
This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy. Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception.

We had a great stay at this home! The property was clean, well-stocked with all the essentials, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The pool was a definite highlight - perfect for relaxing during the day. The location was also super convenient, with plenty of great food options nearby. Overall a great spot. We’d definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a girls weekend trip and LOVED the backyard. The putting green and heated pool were tons of fun. Check in was easy and the place was clean. Master suite looks to be recently remodeled. It was very well done. Location is central to anything you need. Would stay here again!
