The pool typically warms well during the day but can cool overnight due to natural desert conditions. All guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. We strictly enforce a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and events.
The City of Scottsdale rigorously enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or removal of this listing from hosting platforms.
Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels. For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door, with additional exterior cameras monitoring side access gates.
These devices are used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes. This property also includes a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful neighborhood sound levels.
The device measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations, ensuring guest privacy. Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted.
Exceptions may be considered upon request.
If approved—or if a pet is found without prior authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to cover additional cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping team.
