Camelback House 319 makes it easy to experience everything Old Town Scottsdale has to offer while providing a clean, comfortable place to recharge at the end of the day. Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. The four heated community pools, BBQ grills, and outdoor dining areas are shared with residents.
Please be respectful of others when enjoying these spaces. Laundry is shared within the building and features multiple full-size, industrial-grade machines.
Access is secured with a Smart Lock, and payment can be made by credit card, coins, or Apple Pay. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violations may result in removal without refund. Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception.
If an exception is granted—or if a pet is found to have been present during your stay—a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company.
