Welcome to our beautiful sea view house in Penmaenmawr.
We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home.
The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
We are located in between conwy - Llandudno and snowdonia - Anglesey This property has a dual furl to keep you cosy and warm during your stay or just central heating. Staying here also allows you access to the private garden. Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too! As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers 2 smart TV and internet access. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 and also sofa beds are available. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a trio bunkbed and a single bed. There is additional sleeping space in the house, comprising a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed There is one bathroom, which is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - Roadside parking available in front of the property. - A washing machine is included for your use. - Pets are allowed at the property.

Clean, tidy, comfy beds and a decent shower. Had every thing that we neded for our 3 day stay. Plenty of space for a family of 4 plus a dog.
Friendly hosts.
Could do with a long door mat by the front and back doors as bringing a wet dog in can make the floor very dirty…. Other then that it was perfect
The best experience , the owners even assisted in setting up surprise birthday decorations for my friend , top top marks

We enjoyed a lovely day and night in this property. We were 8 with 3 kids and a baby. The property has a very beautiful backyard facing the sea. Kids enjoyed the play area well and it was easy to make them engaged while we’re also enjoying the view and stay. I totally recommend this property especially for families with kids.
