The heart of the bungalow is the spacious living room, which includes a sofa bed that can accommodate one adult or two additional children. The terrace with mountain views is directly adjacent. Supermarkets are located just across the street and can be reached within a few minutes walking distance. Sports enthusiasts will find cycling and hiking trails, ski slopes, and a golf course nearby. For additional relaxation, there is a Kneipp basin close by. Pets are warmly welcome upon request, so your four-legged companion can feel at home too. A parking space is available for a stress-free arrival. Additionally, there are storage options for bicycles and skis, allowing you to securely and conveniently store your equipment. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. In winter, groomed cross-country ski trails, exciting ski areas and fast-paced toboggan runs await you, delighting young and old alike. The annual biathlon event is also particularly well-known, attracting sports enthusiasts from all over the world and transforming the region into a lively centre of competition.

terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years. Bed linen, towels and other wishes and conditions are available on request (and may be subject to a surcharge by arrangement).

Arrival Description
By car: A8 motorway to exit 111-Ruhpolding, B305 direction Ruhpolding, turn right into Seehauserstraße. The flat is on the left-hand side. By train: Travel to Ruhpolding railway station, then take a taxi or bus (line 950) to the stop ‘Seehauserstraße’/‘Schwaig’. By plane: Salzburg Airport (SZG), then by car or train to Ruhpolding (approx. 1 hour).
