Wonderful and bright apartment of 55sqm located on the second floor of a building with a lift, can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The apartment is located on the picturesque island of Giudecca, from which you can enjoy a view of Marittima, San Marta and San Basilio.
The apartment has direct access to the Calle to the shore. The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM with double bed, large wardrobe, air conditioning; - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, armchair, TV "32 inches", table with chairs, air conditioning; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, microwave oven, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses; - BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, bidet, wc and washbasin. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, heating and air conditioning via fan coil, washer/ dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, hair dryer. Paid parking available a few hundred meters away "Pontile Blu Molino Stucky". To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Venezia.
From April 25 is planned the experimental application of the contribution of access to the ancient city of Venice, following the instructions sent by the template you can download the voucher to access the ancient city of Venice for free. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). It is well connected by public service but also on foot you will easily reach everything you need restaurants, supermarket, ATM, pharmacy etc. Venice awaits you with its museums, theaters, churches and streets that are deserted or teeming with people. - Rialto Bar & Lounge: 190 mt- 3 minutes on foot; - OKE Zattere: 1.1 km- 13 minutes on foot; Coop minimarket: 850 mt - 12 minutes on foot Giudecca is a quiet, artistic, pleasant neighborhood, reachable by vaporetto from the Santa Lucia station. The closest vaporetto stop is “Palanca”. Giudecca is connected 24 hours a day with the Actv vaporetto. For those arriving from the airport there is a connection with Alilaguna, the closest stop is "Giudecca Stucky". Another way to get to Giudecca from the airport is to take the Actvo bus, get off at Piazzale Roma and from there take the vaporetto line 2, direction Tronchetto, getting off at the "Palanca" stop.
Nearby, on foot, there are ancient churches to visit, as well as restaurants and art galleries.

Excellent location and easy to go to and reach the key areas. Nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Mainly excellent communication from the hosts and clear instructions to reach the property and local guidance. Something’s can be improved but for the location it’s brilliant. We did travel with kids and used the fully equipped kitchen. They had all we wanted. See you soon

L’appartement est bien placé dans un endroit calme et paisible mais très bien desservi par les vaporetti. Dommage qu’il ne soit pas un peu mieux décoré, surtout la salle de bains plutôt vieillotte et où il n’y avait même pas de miroir… Heureusement que Michele en a fait apporter un portatif !

We highly recommend this apartment in Giudecca to anyone visiting Venice for a 1-week stay (any duration longer than a long week-end ) and looking for a calm and quiet environment.
