The "Aux Roses Rouges" cottage, a beautiful, renovated, detached country house, is ideally located between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune.
On the ground floor: a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto the lounge/dining room with a wood-burning stove (wood provided for the first fire), TV, and Wi-Fi.
The walls and floors are made of Burgundy stone.
Direct access to the courtyard and garden.
Separate WC.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and an en-suite shower room with WC, one bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined together, and one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed.
Shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
Bed linen, towels, cleaning, and electricity are included.
Firewood is available for an additional €5 per bundle.
Outside: a large front courtyard with garden furniture (parking for 2 vehicles), a south-facing terrace on the side of the house with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol.
A private garden with no overlooking neighbors.
Very quiet surroundings near a listed church and the river.
Available upon request free of charge: travel cot, high chair, changing mat, potty, and baby bath.
Dogs and cats are welcome.
For more than one pet, the owner's agreement is required.
A supplement of €30 per pet per stay will be charged.

Dijon, 35 km away, offers the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, the Museum of Fine Arts, its historic center, and the International City of Gastronomy.
This is a completely non-smoking cottage.
Stag/hen parties and similar celebrations are not permitted.
