With its pleasant atmosphere, Marina di Bibbona combines relaxation and fun among fine sandy beaches, Mediterranean maquis dunes and clubs for all ages.
The apartment complex offers communal parking (subject to availability on site) in the vicinity of the apartment and a swimming pool equipped with sun umbrellas and sunbeds (subject to availability on site), open from 13 June to 11 September (h 09.30 am-1.30 pm / 3.30 pm-7.30 pm). Apartment Melograni, a welcoming two-room apartment of approximately 42 m2, is located on the first floor of a quiet residential complex surrounded by greenery and approximately 350 mt from the sea. Furnished in a simple and functional way, it has 4 beds, a living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
Equipped with an equipped outdoor space where you can eat outdoors, it has: - kitchenette with electric hobs with fridge and freezer - microwave oven - TV - washing machine - balcony equipped with table and chairs Your four-legged friends are welcome (15 Kg max, only one for each apartment), an extra € 30 per stay is required for cleaning.
At about 200 m from the centre of Marina di Bibbona, with the main services such as supermarkets, market and pharmacy; at 300 m from the structure convenient bus stop.
We like it because it includes in the fees: - electricity and water consumption - 1 condominium parking space subject to availability on site - final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the guest before check-out) Mandatory costs to be paid on-site: - tourist tax: payable in cash, varies depending on the period, mandatory according to municipal regulations - deposit € 150 per apartment refundable at the end of the stay after checking the state of the apartment Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are the responsibility of the customer, otherwise an additional charge of € 30 Additional optional services available upon request and to be paid on-site: - bed linen and towels, upon request at the time of booking € 15 per person per set - cot € 7 per day - animals allowed to be reported at time of booking (max 15 kg, only one for each apartment) cleaning supplement € 30 per day
