In a medieval village a stone's throw from the largest vineyards A stone's throw from the center of Nolay, a small town in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, a completely renovated house offering: On the ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen/dining room with access to a large enclosed courtyard.
On the 1st floor (spiral staircase): landing with laundry room, separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor (spiral staircase): 1 large living room with TV, wifi, board games... 1 shower room with toilet, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed (+1 90 cm bunk bed above), 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm twin beds.
Travel cot, changing table, high chair, baby bath and safety gates for the stairs.
Outside: Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue.
At the back of the house, relaxation area with garden furniture. 1 parking space at the front of the cottage.
Gîte not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All shops in Nolay, medieval village and green holiday resort, around its stone-roofed Halles (14th century) and its Church (15th and 17th century.) We discover with pleasure its small medieval streets lined with half-timbered houses.
Ideally located 60 km from Dijon, the capital of Burgundy and 18 km from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy, also known for its famous Hospices, classified as World Heritage by UNESCO, as well as the Route des Grands Crus from Dijon to Santenay.
Many visits to cellars and tastings nearby.
For lovers of nature leisure activities, hiking trails, greenway, lake, cliffs, etc.
The Morvan Regional Natural Park is also 30 minutes away.
The cultural discoveries are also rich and varied with Autun and its Gallo-Roman past, Le Creusot and its industrial past, the castles of Pommard, Couches, Sully, etc. "All-inclusive" gîte: sheets, cleaning, towels, heating and electricity. Property managed by a professional.
