A manor house built in the late 18th century, set in a 30,000 m² unfenced park with a variety of trees.
The ground floor comprises a kitchen and dining room, a large living room, one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 cm), one of which has an en-suite shower room, one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), as well as a shower room with toilet.
The period furniture and decor create a warm, family atmosphere.
A cot and high chair are available.
The house is semi-detached and shares a wall with a year-round rental property.
There is a lit pétanque court and a ping-pong table.
Nearby, a pony club and riding center offer activities for all ages and skill levels.
A vast national forest (with a treetop adventure course 4 km away) and marked hiking trails are also accessible from the property.
Cycle path 3 km away. 6 km from Nevers (Ducal Palace, cathedral, pottery factory, Shrine of Saint Bernadette). 12 minutes from the Nevers/Magny-Cours race track.
Canoe or boat trips down the Loire River, with guided commentary on the river's unique flora and fauna.
We are attentive to our guests and can introduce them to the many attractions our region has to offer, from culture and leisure activities to vineyards.

The grounds feature beautiful trees, some over two hundred years old. 'Motorcyclists Welcome' certification: 3 helmets provided.
