In the heart of a quiet hamlet in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, this large stone family home from 1886 is ideally located for accommodating three families! Ground floor: dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a wood-burning stove.
Extension with a children's playroom with a ladder leading to a bedroom for four people (one queen-size bed and two single beds).
Bathroom.

A comfortable staircase leads to the main floor of the house: a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed, each with a walk-in closet.
Two adjoining bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a fold-away double bed.
A shower room with WC. 1 baby crib and high chair.
Firewood provided. Enclosed exterior with parking for two cars (two additional spaces on the street).
Terrace and semi-inground wooden swimming pool (7.5 m x 4 m and 1.15 m deep) open from May to September, weather permitting.
