Adjoining the owners' home in the same farmhouse, this accommodation is organized on 3 levels.
On the ground floor: - an entrance hallway - a living room with dining table, fitted kitchen and lounge - a bathroom with shower and toilet On the 1st floor: - 2 bedrooms each with a 140 x 190 cm bed - a bathroom with shower - a separate toilet On the 2nd floor, accessible by a steep staircase: - a bedroom in the attic with a 90 x 190 cm bed Please note, this attic space is not suitable for children under 5 years old and access via the steep staircase is under the responsibility of an adult.
For your comfort, sheets, towels and table linen are provided.
Outside: - an interior courtyard with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and barbecue - Parking in the courtyard of the property, in front of the gîte Fall under the spell of this stone house for a countryside holiday in Saint-Malo.
Tastefully restored and perfectly equipped, you will appreciate its modern and comfortable interior.
At the back of the cottage, enjoy a private outdoor space enclosed by walls and not overlooked for your moments of relaxation and barbecues.

Super gîte plein de charme, très propre et fonctionnel. Merci à Sylvie pour son accueil très chaleureux et ses délicates attentions (confitures maison, gavottes...). Le gîte est égalelement très bien situé pour découvrir la région.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Excellent séjour dans un merveilleux gîte confortable agréable et pratique. Sylvie est une hôte plein d’attention et passionnée. Le gîte est très bien situé proche de St Malo. On reviendra assurément et inciterons nos amis à y faire escale.

Un premier séjour à St Malo pour une belle découverte.L'accueil de la propriétaire a été très sympathique, le gîte très propre et bien équipé, situé en pleine campagne, très calme, mais très proche finalement du centre ville.Le temps ayant été de la partie, nous savons maintenant où nous poser si nous revenons dans la région.Merci encore
