Start your day right with our coffee station, offering a ground coffee maker. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests in two cozy bedrooms: * **Primary Bedroom:** Features a comfortable King bed. * **Secondary Bedroom:** Includes two Queen beds. Step outside to your private patio with seating for four, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or grill a delicious dinner.
As our guest, you'll also have access to the sparkling community pool, rejuvenating spa, and tennis courts just steps from your door. **For Families:** A highchair and a Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge. We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay.
While we are not on-site, we are readily available and responsive via the booking platform or phone should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay. Please review these important details for your stay: * **Utilities Fee:** Please note there is an additional fee of $250 per month for electricity. * **City of Palm Springs Requirements:** The city requires all guests to sign an additional rental contract, provide a copy of their government-issued ID, and submit the license plate numbers of their vehicles.
This verification process is completed on a separate platform after your reservation is confirmed. * **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour.
Please request this service in advance. * **Cancellation Policy:** 100% refund for cancellations within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
