At the Antica Posta B&B, a bright double room on the first floor (with lift) of a historic building on Viale Belfiore, right opposite the tram stop and a short walk from the Fortezza da Basso.
Furnished in Tuscan style, it has a private bathroom with shower and sleeps up to 2 guests: the ideal choice for a couple or a solo traveller who wants to move easily between the historic centre and the city's transport links. A spacious, bright double room designed for 2 guests: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, with a private bathroom with shower.
The room has air conditioning, WiFi, a Smart TV and a safe.
Guests can also use a shared, equipped kitchen with a dining table.
Daily room cleaning is provided (between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm). Unique features The real strength is the location: the property is right in front of the tram stop, which in just a few minutes takes you directly to Santa Maria Novella station and into the heart of the historic centre, with no need for a car. The room, spacious and in typical Tuscan style, offers a welcoming and quiet setting. The location — on foot and by tram (approximate times): Tram stop (opposite the property): ~1 min Fortezza da Basso: ~5 min Santa Maria Novella station: ~15 min on foot (a few minutes by tram) Duomo: ~16 min on foot (or easily by tram) Target guests Perfect for couples and independent travellers, and also suitable for those travelling with a small pet. Ideal for those who want to get around easily by public transport or reach the centre comfortably without giving up peace and quiet. Good to know: The room is on the first floor and served by a lift.
