The welcoming B & B Antica Posta is located on the first floor of a historic building with an elevator, near the Santa Maria Novella station and the Fortezza Da Basso convention center in Florence.
The Double Room can accommodate up to 2 guests.
It has a private bathroom with shower; the room has air conditioning and wifi connection.
Kitchen area equipped with dining table and shared with other guests.
In front of the tramway stop, it enjoys a very central location, just a short walk from the center of Florence.
Daily room cleaning between 10 and 13.
Small pets are allowed on request at a cost of 5 euros per night.
Service restriction: The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C .
Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day .
As per Italian law number 21472011 (art. 40.1), the Italian police require us to communicate the identity of our guests.
The informations that guests are required to share are: a valid photo ID and the address of residence. The tourist tax of EUR 6.00 per person per night must be paid upon check-in. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights Extra: CRIB € 20,00 Per stay (upon request), PET FRIENDLY € 5,00 Per day (upon request)
